Meat tenderizer 1tsp, Salt tsp,
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp, Lemon
How to cook:
The first thing after getting the ingredients would be to marinate mutton chops with salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, soya sauce, ground black pepper, and meat tenderizer for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chops, and cook on a very low flame with half a cup of water till tender.
The dish is best served with fresh Naans, furnace-baked large loaves, and salad.
