Poem: “When will we know who we are!”

From ions, energy attracted

Dust n other elements

To create and recreate forms.

While in earthly form

We get lost in elemental forms

And forget our energy spark

Memories of old dust keep

Us prisoner of old

Fears of fight n flight

We reAct through the limbic system

Wonder while in sticky dust form

will we ever live through

our highest creative Form

And really know who we are…
