In a profession traditionally dominated by men, Dr Anoosh Masood Chaudhry, a female superintendent police (investigation) in Lahore has outperformed her male colleagues, emerging as the best crime fighter for 2018.
The annual performance report of Lahore police’s investigation wing reveals that Anoosh led the investigation wing of Model Town division, submitting challans of 74 per cent of crime cases in the local courts.
Before she became the top investigator in Lahore, Anoosh served as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s first-ever woman ASP.
